Delivery

If the Buyer fails to pay the price of the purchased product or cancels it in the bank records, the Seller's obligation to deliver the product ends.
For local orders (Turkey); delivery costs are covered by Prodakt Studio unless otherwise stated (for certain products).
Prodakt Studio carefully selects your products, packs them undamaged and delivers them to the shipping/cargo companies or delivers them with its own vehicle. Products that are damaged during the transfer phase should not be accepted and a report about the damage should be made to the transportation company. After the damage report of the unaccepted product is sent to us by you, we will deliver you a new product as soon as possible. 
The delivery cost of the products ordered from abroad (outside Turkey) is covered by the buyer. 
After the products ordered from abroad (outside Turkey) are received damaged or faulty, the buyer is required to inform the seller and the carrier shipping company with the relevant detailed images within 3 business days at the latest after the product is received. The buyer is responsible for necessary controls.

Order Cancellation
The BUYER may exercise the right of withdrawal from the contract by rejecting the goods without any legal and criminal liability and without any justification within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the product related to the sale of the goods to him or the person / organization at the address indicated. The costs arising from the exercise of the right of withdrawal belong to the SELLER, except for legal exceptions. Products with custom size, color and other features cannot be evaluated in this case.
If force majeure occurs which the Seller cannot foresee and the product cannot be delivered in due time, the Buyer shall be notified. The Buyer may request cancellation of the order, replacement of the product with a similar one or postponement of delivery until the obstacle is eliminated. If the Buyer has made the payment by credit card and cancels it, the product price will be returned to the bank within 14 days from this cancellation. 

Returns
You can return the product you have received unconditionally within (14) days from the date of delivery without unpacking, using or allowing it to deteriorate. Before returning the product, please send an e-mail to hello@prodaktstudio.com with your invoice number and order number, stating your reason for return.
As soon as we receive your return request, we will contact you and inform you how to return the product. The invoice issued in your name together with the product must be sent back with the product. The cost of the returned product will be refunded to your credit card or account within 14 days at the latest.
The return costs of the products ordered from abroad (outside Turkey) are covered by the buyer.
